£4.99 a month, taken automatically from the card you join with. There's no joining fee and no minimum term.

Straight away. Once your payment goes through we email you a link to set a password, and your member card works the next time you're in.

No. The Motorist is open to everyone — membership is for the offers, the Club Shop and hearing about events first.

Open your member card on your phone and show the code at the till. Whoever's serving scans it, and any offers you're entitled to are added to the sale automatically.

Not at the moment — your card lives in your account, so there's nothing to carry or lose.

Offers have their own days, times and limits, and some run out. Your Offers page shows exactly what you currently have and when it applies. If something looks wrong, ask at the till and we'll sort it.

Yes — for one, two or three months. No payments are taken while you're paused, and it restarts on its own afterwards. You can resume early or cancel the pause whenever you like.

Your membership runs to the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further payments are taken. You keep your offers and the Club Shop until that date.

Yes, any time — just join again. Your vehicles and profile are still there.

You pay once for 12 months and we email the person a link. They set the membership up in their own name, with their own vehicles and details.

No. A gift is a single payment — nothing renews and your card isn't kept.

Yes. Leave the date blank to send it straight away, or pick a morning and we'll send it then.

Up to 10, with up to 8 photos each. Type in a registration and we'll fill in the make, model, year and colour for you.

Your email, phone number, date of birth and registrations are never shown to other members. Staff can see enough to look after you at the till.

Everything on your profile is editable — name, phone, vehicles, and what you want to hear about. Changes reach the till within a minute or so.
