Hot Hatch Heroes – 13.02.2027

Hot Hatch Heroes returns to The Motorist on Saturday 13th February 2027, celebrating the cars that proved you don’t need supercar money to have serious fun behind the wheel.

From iconic 80s and 90s legends to today’s turbocharged pocket rockets, expect an incredible display of hot hatches that have defined generations of enthusiasts. Whether you grew up dreaming of a Peugeot 205 GTI, Renault Clio V6, Ford Escort RS Turbo or Subaru Impreza, or you’re a fan of modern machines like the GR Yaris, Civic Type R, MINI JCW, Golf GTI, Golf R, Focus ST, Megane RS and Hyundai i30 N, Hot Hatch Heroes brings them all together for one unforgettable day.

Throughout the site you’ll find everything from factory fresh examples and beautifully restored classics to tastefully modified builds and track focused weapons. Every car has its own story, and every owner shares the same passion for lightweight performance, engaging driving and making the most of every B road.

Whether you’re bringing your own hot hatch or simply coming to admire the displays, you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere, great conversations and one of the friendliest enthusiast communities around. This is a day for anyone who appreciates great driving cars, regardless of badge or era. From immaculate OEM restorations to wild modified builds, there’ll be plenty of inspiration wherever you look.

As with all Motorist events, it’s about much more than the cars. Take a break in the Drivers Lounge with breakfast, lunch or artisan coffee, browse the retail store, explore the Garage and spend the day surrounded by people who share your passion. Whether you’re making a quick stop or staying for the whole day, there’s always something to discover.

Own a hot hatch? We’d love to see you there. Whether it’s your daily driver, a cherished classic or a full track build, every generation and every marque is welcome.
